MANOS PARIANOS, PIANO
Manos
Parianos was born in Samos in 1989. He started playing the piano at the age of
six. Later on he moved to Athens, where he attended the Pallini Music
Gymnasium-Lyceum. He continued his musical studies at the music department of Aristotelio
University of Thessaloniki. He received his degree with Distinction for his
essay : The training and development of the voice of children in the elementary
years based on interviews of music pedagogues of nowadays in Greece”. He has a
degree in Musicology and Music Pedagogy from the Aristotelion University of
Thessaloniki, a piano diploma (Class of E.Diplari) and a Degree in Advanced
Theoretical Studies and Fugue (class of K. Karabelopoulou) from Pythagorion
Music School of Samos.
He
has attended many conferences in Musicology and Music Pedagogy as well as piano
masterclasses from the reknown pianist Lilia Boyatzieva. Furthermore, he has
been active in the field of Music Therapy and he has worked at the centre of
disabled people “ Ο
Sotir”.
Since
2013 Manos Parianos lives and works in Samos. He is piano and advanced music
theory studies teacher at the
Pythagorion Music School of Samos.
